Coaching for Performance
Coaching for performance uses the BluAgile® Dʒika coaching methodology aimed at developing skills and capabilities rather than correcting poor performance. The BluAgile® Dʒika coaching methodology is about improving the coachee's performance and is not about the coach. The coach works with the coachee to identify and accomplish the actions the coachee identifies and would like to implement as an area for improvement the coachee would like to focus on.
Coaching is, thus, the fundamental ingredient, which is pivotal in transforming the modern workplace and is about engagement. In the first instance, coaching for performance is to identify a topic for which coaching is required and then to design a practical implementable plan to achieve it. Lastly, is to then practically apply the plan, make changes where needed and then retry. In essence, it is crucial that the coachee actively participates in establishing the goals the coachee commits to.

Mentoring for Performance
The BluAgile® Dʒika mentoring methodology facilitates a collaborative learning association wherein the mentor and the mentee agree to cooperate toward the achievement of jointly defined goals. The purpose of the mentoring endeavour is therefore to assist the mentee to grow as a person by enhancing the mentee’s cognitive thinking reality.
The cornerstones of the BluAgile® Dʒika mentoring methodology are ethical practices, institutionalising an appreciation of meaning, cultivating intuitive emotions and assimilating a universal presence. The BluAgile® Dʒika mentoring association goes through several phases. In the first instance, the mentee explores possibilities and then prepares and curates these for operation and final confirmation. Each phase consists of unique tactics that lead to mentoring quality. The outcome is that the mentees become the best form of themselves enhancing their skills, abilities, and knowledge.
